Opportunity Amidst Disappointment, Challenge

One of the defining characteristics or aspects of this great transition that humanity and the Earth are experiencing is the open door, so to speak, for new soul agreements- or as some of you know them contracts- to be entered into and carried out. Yes, it is true that there are many souls choosing to leave their bodies at this time. And, for those of you choosing to stay, you have not only the grief of losing a loved one that all human beings experience when the physical bond is no longer present but at the same time you have the disappointment that these loved ones are no longer a part of your physical experience on Earth during this most exciting and yes, challenging, time.

Many of you might not realize that there is a disappointment in these choices of your loved ones to leave the planet, and that you are dealing with being “let down” in a way. For you had not anticipated letting go of these connections at least on the physical dimension. And we see that is very difficult for you. We encourage you to allow yourselves to feel the disappointment along with the grief, to feel the sadness that an agreement or an understanding has now changed. You may mourn the loss of that agreement, and there will come a time when you will be ready to step into the opportunity that has been created now that the old agreement is no longer in place. But we do not suggest that you rush the process. Allow yourselves to grieve, to let go not only of the loved ones, but your jobs, some of your relationships (or certain dynamics within them), your home or at least what you have considered home.

Breathe, yes breathe dear ones and know that you are full of strength and tenacity to make it through these challenges, disappointments and losses. When you breathe you affirm that, yes, you are still living and you are, in fact, still choosing to create life in this body at this time. Keep inviting the breath in, for we see that stringing one breath together with the next is how you shall move through these challenges, losses and grand transmutations and transfigurations of energy. We do not lessen your pain by encouraging you to breathe or downplay your disappointment. In fact you may find that as you breathe the pain becomes more intense, the emotion becomes so real and clear. And yet, we shall remind you as we have in the past, when you breathe and allow the intensity to fill up your entire beingness it is then that you allow it to be released. It is then that you open the door to a new opportunity, a new creation with your brothers and sisters in spirit and physical form. There will be many tears of sadness and tears of cleansing and deep relief to be once again reunited with the infinite possibility that comes from your Essence.

We spoke last week of the Template of Awakening (see "Trust In The Template Of Awakening" channeling) and we wish to introduce to you another aspect of this template: the opportunity for something new, the opportunity that is being handed to you. And all that needs to be done is for you to reach for it. Say, “Yes, I accept this challenge as an opportunity for growth and change”- not only for growth and change but for the creation that will spill out of the rearranging, reorganizing and resetting of your lives in order to make space for more of you. What you may not realize is that in many of your lives there is not a whole lot of space for your Essence to shine through. Many of your jobs, relationships and environments in which you find yourselves on a daily basis only allow for so much of your Essence until you start to feel the resistance from these environments. And so when things start to shake, break apart, crumble and tumble we invite you to breathe and say yes to the opportunity for creating more space in your life for who you really are.

Now we recognize that during these moments of intense challenge there will be a tendency or a familiar way of grasping at the “old” and a feeling as though there is a black hole swallowing you up whole. And we tell you that, yes that is one option. We do not try to say this isn’t an aspect of your human experience. Yet we offer to you the possibility that this is only one experience and if you could only remember in that moment a mantra: “This is only one of an infinite amount of possibilities and shall I choose in this moment the old way of being or an opportunity to expand.”

We encourage you again as we have in the past to keep reaching out, pick up the phone, stop by a friend’s home or a place of business that holds in its mission an intent to support the community in during these changes. Simply ask for support. You will find that there are many people who are willing to simply be with you. Remind them that there is nothing that they need to do and that you need not for them to fix your problems; you need for them to be with you and remind you that you are not alone.

As things are cracking apart in your reality be curious about how much light you can let through those cracks. Are you ready for your life to change in major way? Are you ready to breathe in the opportunity, the expansion of grace in your life? Sit in a moment of gratitude for your willingness to invite this unknown newness into your life. Ask that were there is hardness, where there resistance and struggle that the part of you that knows softness grow stronger and dominate your experience of the moment. And know when you have reached your limit for this expansion for the moment and allow that to be okay too. Affirm for your yourself: I have expanded as much as I am able to for the moment and now rather than resisting the expansion I allow myself to integrate all that has just occurred. You need not put on the brakes, you only need to give yourself a soft place to land to slip back into the current of divine synchronicity and the flow of the fluid Love current.

May all Souls be restored, all karmic bonds cleansed and released, and may grace precede you in all that you do. So be it.

Inviting Light Into Our Darkest, Smallest Spaces

It is the natural law of energy that when you expand, when you grow in your awareness and in your capacity to hold light, that you inevitably shake loose the negative, the blockages, the limiting belief structures under which one creates a life. It is an inevitability that when you grow larger through the work that you do to know your true divine nature that you must also encounter and face those things that are in the absence of your true divine nature. These experiences may come in the reflection of another or your own self talk, but inevitably there is always a point at which your expansion will guide you right into those places where you need the most love, where you need the most awakening to the truth of who you are.

So it is not uncommon that as you expand you will also feel the pain that you have held, perhaps very deeply and unconsciously until it comes up and it is right in front of you. Or perhaps it has come to you many times over the years each time getting more and more clear, and conversely, more and more painful. And yet, we say to you, even though the pain becomes more intense as you evolve it is not because you have done something wrong, it is because you are the intensity of that light and the intensity of your pain has now been matched. And because of the intensity of light with which you engage your life, the intensity of the pain can now be released.

You do not grow so that you cannot feel pain, you grow so that you can learn how to experience the energy of pain without over-identifying with it and allowing it to take you down. And, so that you may be there for others who will inevitably encounter their own pain, their own suffering, in their own way and their own time. The greatest gift you can give in those moments when you are supporting another is simply to be in the compassion in your heart without losing contact with the light of your essence. In other words, we encourage you to not over-identify with the pain as you hold yourself and others with compassion. Draw the light of your essence, your wholeness, your infinite connection to Source energy and infuse that through your heart as you connect with others; be it through your personal relationships, through your work, through your most intimate relations, and of course in your relationship to yourself. Never forget to take the light when you go into a dark place.

Now is the time to remember and learn how to use your tools to reconnect with Source energy no matter where you are in your process of expansion or contraction. And, where ever you are, you are allowed to connect to Spirit. It is not only when you are expanding and feeling the joyous wave of creation that you are allowed to feel Spirit. It is in those times when you need it most, when you are contracting and integrating, and going into the deepest darkest places of your soul that you are not only allowed to connect with your true divine nature, but it is essential.

We encourage you to give yourself reminders that no matter where you are in your creative wave, just like the wave of the ocean- whether you are creating and forming the most beautiful wave on which to surf, or you falling into the shore and dispersing your energies, or you are integrating and coming back into the body of water which will make the next wave- you always have the option and the ability to connect and stay connected with the light and the love, the acceptance, the unconditional presence of the Divine. It is true that when you are in a contracted place, or when you are in the darkest places it is very like you will forget and disconnect. But we wish to remind you that being in the dark does not mean the light does not exist, it simply means you have forgotten to turn it on and to connect with that from which you came.

What if in those moments of contraction, or deep process, you could allow yourself to connect with the love of the divine father and the support of the divine mother? You would still be contracting and processing, it would not take that away, but it would soften your experience. The journey of being human is indeed the journey of disconnecting from the oneness that you are, from which you came, and then reconnecting- sometimes many times in one day, sometimes many times in one minute. Your process of release and grief and letting go can be hard enough. Can you allow yourself to be held in the arms of the divine as you go through this, so as to allow yourself the grace that the child cells inside your body are so longing to receive?

We invite you to consider a mantra: Even though I am in so much pain, I allow myself to connect to the Divine; even though my heart is breaking, I allow myself to connect to Great Spirit; even though this place that I am sitting in is so dark and confusing, I leave the door open and I turn the light on; even though I feel so tired in this moment and so hopeless, and so small, I give myself permission to be in the presence of the holiest of holies.

When you do this, you allow grace to re-enter your life. You put one toe back in the current of divine synchronicity and the universal energy of love, and with that one toe you can begin to breathe the consciousness of love and acceptance back into your life. While the mind may be judging, and while the mind may feel so very powerful, it could never be as powerful as one toe in the current of universal love.

There is no punishment for contracting. There is no punishment for processing these deep places of wounding inside of you. Begin to rewire your consciousness to recognize this experience of depth in your healing is not punishable and does not mean that you are cut off from your divine mother and your divine father. You could never do anything to get yourself cut off from your divine mother and your divine father.

So, we encourage you to invite a practice into your life that may challenge you for it is not the practice that many of you are use to of entering into a meditative state or a spiritual practice in order to expand your light so that you feel Great Spirit. Rather, this is a practice of allowing Great Spirit into your life even in the most “closed” of spaces, the smallest of spaces. You need not even expand to allow it in, allow the expansion to happen on its own simply by connecting to the idea of it, opening the door, inviting it in.

It is now time to call into the center of the circle loved ones that are in need of a blessing, in need of grace in their lives. And as we draw these beings in and presence them in our circle, we acknowledge them right where they are- expanded, contracted, or in a point of stasis, nothing happening at all- and we honor the growth of this individual soul, we honor their place on the creative wave. We stand in our own integrity and truth, knowing exactly who we are as beings of divine light, and we witness these loved ones in front of us allowing them to be right where they are. We let them know that even as they are contracting, in a place of darkness or fear, that we are simply holding the door open for them, not only to see our light and the truth of who we are, but in turn to see the reflection of the light that lives inside of them. And we remind each of these beings that having contact with the Divine is their birthright, no matter what they are going through.

We call upon the holiest of holies and we ask that all souls here be restored, may all karmic bonds be cleansed and released in the light of love and may grace precede us in all that we do. So be it.
